How access all my posts together

I have 3 posts in 2 groups excluding this post. Where can I locate all my posts at 1 place so that I can quickly check if my posts have any replies rather than scrolling through multiple pages in that group to locate my post.

It's difficult to scan through notifications because multiple people post new discussions in group so notifications are full of that .

Even in profile , it just says 3 posts.

I can't access those directly

Am I missing something ?

How can I see all my posts at 1 place to see if they have received any replies
