How bad is Flight or fight?

Posted , 5 users are following.

Hi all, I have been having these flight or fight attacks a lot. Tried to control them by resting and medication. Now I dont have them anymore even when sometimes I feel anxious. Have also been feeling tired a lot, wich seems like my nervous system is running low.

Does anyone has this and any tips for recovering?

Does the nervous system recovers itself with time if you are not stressed for a good period of time?

Thanks for any comments!

Well, had been stressed a long time ago and that started it. After that memmory problems came and that made them worst. Now just decided not to feel that way and believe that somehow will regain my fisical health one step at the time. So as of now, memmory, fatigue, headaches... looks like I have a lot to work on this year.... thats why Im trying to find clues, not much room for errors wink

Well tried a couple of antidepressants with a lot of side effects. Finally only amytriptiline. A lot of meditation, reading, still a lot to do, but feeling everyday like dying is not fun at all.

Only a couple of months, for me was all too fast, now is been a year and a half since it all started. Now I dont even care about the anxiety, if I can fix my memmory problems I will fix everything again.
