How bad is Pop Corn when you have Anal Fissure?

As the title says
heard you should avoid it, however Pop Corn has been the one thing in my life that comes out smooth and effortless.

I just started to eat popcorn again. It is good for diverticulitis and diabetes 2... I have no problem with it.

no problem with popcorn but I'm lactose intolerant so I have to have it with no or very little butter.
