I had a pelvic us which showed a 34mm hemorrhagic cyst on my left ovary and a 30mm mature follicle on my right ovary but how is the mature follicle there when I ovulated 11 days before the scan?
Wondering if it's a simple cyst not a mature follicle that will reabsorb.
