    Hi Lorena53278,

I have bipolar disorder too and my advice too speak out now, talk to his family let them know what's going on, ring his care provider ( mental health clinic) and tell them who you are and what is happening at home let them know he's got regular suicide thoughts, he may need to be taken into hospital. But please do tell someone, this is tough to deal with on your own. Gas he got family that are supportive,.? You sound like your scared to death and taking this on, in your own is a brave thing to do you need support too. My mum had been taken into hospital by the police a few years ago as I attempted suicide. Please get help. Xxx
