How can i increase my blood presure ?

Hi

Im 23 years old man ,I know that its a wired question but can you tell me how can i increase my blood presure for 1 day more than 160/100? (now my blood presure is 12/8)

    If your bp was 12/8 you wouldn't be with us,iI think you mean 120/80 and why do want to raise it

    i want to do that because i need to Exemption because i should go to mil servce and if my BP be high i dont need to go . is caffeine or some thing can i use to make it high?

      If you are fit and healthy your bp want go much above normal no matter what you take.
