How did symptoms present? Gradually? All at once?

i'm turning 50 tomorrow and for the past 3 months i've been having symptoms many here describe - still on the pill so may not be as intense. how did you start presenting symptoms? did they all start to happen? in hindsight, i may have had some mild symptoms years ago without thinking perimenopause. my anxiety is high and i'm seeing specialists to rule things out. thank you!

mine hit like a truck, suddenly woke up one day and felt like i was dying x

Just hit at once and kept growing with more but some get better over time. Praying for all of us .
