How did your pancreatitis initially present? Felt like cardiac symptoms but all negative....

The past few days I have had pain in my upper left chest, radiating to my back behind my shoulder blade and occasionally along my collar bone and into my arms. I have had cardiac workup which has been negative. I have confirmed gallstones and have had elevated lipase in the past. I am a nurse and everything about these symptoms are yelling pancreatic involvement. I have read several responses on here with similar symptoms... But thus far ultrasound, CT abdomen and MRCP have only shown stones. I do know that there can be "smoldering" pancreatitis that isn't blatant with imaging. At least thats how my GI doc friend used to describe it lol. Just wondering if this resonates with anyone?
