For a couple of weeks now, I've been noticing a fishy smell coming from my penis, and it's causing me extreme anxiety. I clean my penis daily, I don't jerk off and yet the smell persists. I even tested negative for a UTI? If anyone could offer any solutions to this, I'd be incredibly grateful.

Try antibacterial gels and it could also be what you eat.
