How do I come off zopiclone

Been taking 3.75mg zopiclone for the past 6 weeks and wish to come off, how should I do that?

Tried this week and managed 3 nights but got no sleep at all for two night and very little the third, all this is making me anxious and last night I had to take a tablet.

Thanks for any assistance.

Discuss with the prescriber your need to stop. And reasons you needed them in the first place! Best wishes!

Cut down each night have hot baths meditate chill out you will sleep I was on 20 a night, zopiclone are evil evil evil good luck x
