How do i cope with this?

Hello, I'm a 25 years old male from Sweden. I will try to keep this short.
I've had symptoms for a year that do not subside, I've had several blood tests, 1 colonoscopy, 1 gastroscopy and 1 CT scan 6 months ago. None of these test have showed anything. Yet i experience loose floating stools, nauseous, pain under left shoulder blade, feeling warm(feverish)/feeling cold on a daily basis. These symptoms seems to come and go in periods. E.g. some weeks i don't feel nauseous but i feel warm/cold and vice versa.
I'm told there is no more tests to be done. Clearly something within me isn't right. Am I just supposed to keep living with these symptoms? I don't know whats worst, worrying about PC or having to live with these symptoms that torments me.
The thought of having to keep living with these symptoms makes me depressed because my life isn'
t what it used to be. I'm a college student that just wanna enjoy my best years.
I've had 2 persons with NET cancer in my family and my mom had non hodgkin's lymphoma in the stomach - This feeds my health anxiety even more.
So, any suggestions of how i should cope with this? Should i worry that this is something sinister and keep pushing for tests or should i do something else?
I feel so lost. Any advice/input is greatly appreciated .

My mother died of Pancreatic Cancer a few years ago. It was very quick there was little time to prepare for it. Literally within 2 weeks of her diagnosis she left us. The reason I am telling you this is if she had a CT scan we would have known about it sooner. I do not think you have it although I am not a doctor! I just think if you did have that it would have shown up on the scan or in your bloodwork like my mum's did. I just had my gallbladder out in emerg a few weeks ago and I had some similar symptoms to what you describe any chance you have gallstones? Although you would think that they would have checked for that.

hey,
Thanks for your reply and thank you for sharing. I'm sorry to hear about your loss.
I just hope they find anything, even if it's bad. I know it sounds dumb but at i hate being in this unknown unbearable situation and not taking steps in any direction.
indeed, given that i have pretty notable symptoms it probably should have showed on the scan if it was anything sinister. Also, i've heard that notable symptoms comes in the later stages with PC.
however, thanks again for the input. I'll ask my GP more about if it could be gallstones.
take care!
