How do I decrease Escitalopram 20 mg and Betacap TR 40 mg dose? I have been taking this for 3 months

I am 49 years old, i take these tablets after breakfast and i want to decrease the dose because i m scared to future side effects.

can i decrease escitalopram dose to 10 mg and Pronolol ( Betacap TR) to 20 mg or just decrease escitalopram dose?

This was prescribed for depression.
