How do I delete my account?

Where is the button where I can click and delete my account? Haven't found a way to delete my account yet. Thanks for any help.

You got me looking. What about above the apple and the word Patient, there's a sign out. Is that it?

The steps are...
1. Log in to your account
2. go to https://auth.patient.info/my-account
3. Scroll down to Delete Account
4. Hit Delete Account
