How do I get rid of this uneven skin tone or redness on my hand?

image on the right side of my hand above my wrist, i got the little redness and uneven skin tone by pressing my hand on a surface many years ago and its not as even and luminous as my other parts of the skin. it seems faded away and loss of color and the little redness has been there and never went away on its own. its not painful or cancerous. however, i find it annoying and not attractive. anyone knows if there are treatments available to get rid of it or make it back even and luminous again??

I'm not sure there are any treatments specifically.

Is this on one hand or both? Have you ever seen a doctor about it?

no not yet, why wouldnt there be any treatments for this condition? and the thing is if i use my other hand to rub through that part, skin turns back brighter and more normal.

Does anyone think it could be erythema or pressure ulcer?

    Pressure ulcer ,no.

Erythema, possibly, but there are so many reasons for this that you would need investigations by a doctor to find out the reason. The most basic palmar erythema is not usually treated.
