How do I get the people who run this site to take me seriously?

Ever since this website has been "improved", I have been unable to access my test results.

I have opened THREE "support" tickets over a period of a month and finally received a reply telling me:-

"Sorry, you're not satisfied. If you would look on our site you would see that you will have to request access. https://support.patientaccess.com/your-profile/practice-services

View the above link for advice on this matter. Regards Luke Jenkins - Patient Champion"

I replied the same day (15th. June), showing the "Patient Champion" with a screen shot of my page on their website, clearly showing that I do, in fact, have access to this information and saying that I still could not access is.

I have heard nothing since.

I despair or getting these people to listen to my concerns or, by my efforts, having them respond to me in a timely matter so hope someone on this forum has found a way to attract their attention or has a contact within the NHS or some other body to whom I can complain?

Thank you for any help you may be able to offer.

I'm afraid you are not alone. There are lots of reviews of this updated system and all users are complaining bitterly. You may have to  request access again or wait for it to be sorted out. Have you contacted your GP surgery to find out if other patients are having similar problems? they may have a quick answer to sort it out.

Thank you for the suggestion but what has become the focus of my annoyance is the cavalier way in which the people who run this site have treated me and the offhanded way their "Patient Champion" (which HAS to be a joke?) dismisses my concerns?

If I can find a way for all those of us who have been treated this way to report the matter to the NHS, maybe the threat of their withdrawing their support or giving the contract to another firm might inspire this lot to get their act together?

The biggest pity is that the old site worked so well?
