How do i know my PR is starting to fade?

I've had PR for just over 5 weeks now and have been showering with head and shoulders for around 4 days and had 2 sessions on sunbeds. The rash has gone white and flaky but is still red underneath, also it can sting when i use the head and shoulders and when i apply E45, is this a good thing? does anyone else experience this? Any advice would be appreciated

This sounds promising! I would say that your rash is definitely improving. It might be stinging because of the new skin under the rash, which is more sensitive than the flaky skin on top. My rash got flaky and started to peel off when it was getting better. If the stinging bothers you, maybe use plain Vitamin E oil instead, because it's the gentlest kind of moisturizer and will really help your skin heal.

I have been a bit lucky I guess since I went from 0 spots to 150-200 spots to 50% cured in the course of about 4 weeks but after 2.5weeks I noticed the first bit of dryness / whitish skin on many of the spots.

I know now this was the beginning of the (be it slow) healing process.

All of the spots have flattend, but some got 'larger' as far as the red area goes.

Mine started to sting while it was clearing up, it was almost as if the skin was fresh very sensitive skin almost raw after the flaking started, I would say it's the beginning of the long drawn out end for you but I could be wrong
