How do I link my gp practice?

I've searched 'Link Your GP Practice' and it doesn't offer anything relevent. This website is filled with general information which I can find anywhere on the internet. I just want to use this to check my records and book an appointment with my gp. Why is it so hard to use?

I can't even find the right group to post this in - what a pointless nothing webiste. I bet some private investor has poured thousands into this!
