How do I recover from problems caused due to over masterbation?

I am 19 years old now. I used to masterbate in my teens(16-18) with a frequency of 3-5 times a week. Now I have developed symptoms like bony wrists, hair fall, acne, sunken eyes with dark circles etc. How do I recover from these problems?

Non of these problems are caused by masterbation and 3/4/5 times a week is not excessive , most of your symptoms are probably caused by other things, go and get your bloods tested for thyroid etc

first thing I am a male so no chance of thyroid. second, I have done some basic tests like CBC, cancer etc. and I have no other disease.

i dont want to be rude if this person really thinks these symptoms happen from self pleasure, bit i feel like this post is joke and probably wont be taken seriously.

and why do you think it is a joke?? There were no symptoms like this before I started masterbation. Moreover other guys of my age who don't materbate don't have these symptoms. If you think it is a joke then suggest me cure for these symptoms..

Those problems are not due to masturbation.

Acne is often seen in people of your age so that is not unusual.

What is your diet like? What is your BMI?

Dont assume that men dont get thyroid problems, although as you have had a CBC that should have covered Thyroid function.
