How do I treat this ?

I have a genital wart on my pubic region and also on my penis gland. what's the best thing to treat the wart on the glans ? I know aldara says for external use only ?

Yes, you can apply Aldara on the glans penis but NOT inside the pee hole (meatus); that's what is meant by 'external use only'.
A note of caution- if you are UNCIRCUMCISED, apply only a small amount of Aldara on the wart or only treat a small area of the wart, at least initially. This is to avoid any excessive irritation of the foreskin and surrounding penis.
