How do u solve your insomnia without drugs

please I am desperate. Have not slept well in over a year due to hysterectomy.  CBT does not seem to work. Drugs don’t work. Anyone know a good dr in the Phoenix area

    The first step is to stop the desperation. Learn how to relax. The more anxiety you have about sleep the harder it is to sleep.  Exercise. CBT is great but you have to do it long enough to really give it a chance to work. Meditation daily for 30 minutes. Pills only make it worse.

    First of all you have to be calm by mind, you can try self-hypnosis to do so. It you feel it works then you can try hypnotherapy that is performed by hypnotherapists. Choose certified hypnotherapist for it.
