How do you deal with the headaches?

Posted , 3 users are following.

When I was first diagnosed I was put on medication to help me sleep and help with the headaches. It worked straight away and I hhave been sleeping like a baby since. Now I have had a headache for the past five days, my doctor says there is nothing wrong with me and prety much said it is something I am going to have to deal with, so what do you do to relieve your headaches? I have tried everything I can think of but nothing helps my fibro headaches, suggestions would be welcomed with open arms!

I don't have fibro headaches....I have not  had a headache in about 19 yrs as long as I've taken grape seed extract a powerful antioxidant....

And allergies and sinus issues are history....first to go when I started on this antioxidant in 1995....check it out....I've talked about it till I'm blue in the face so to speak....  Joy 76 US

I can see any of the several doctors in my local surgery. The one I saw the other night said he didn't want to give me anything because I am already on a lot of medication, he didn't even think of lowering a dose/changing it. He is not my usual doctor, so I might go see the doctor who actually diagnosed me and see what he says. After all, I did only recently have my dose put up so you could be right about my medication causing my headaches.

      Thanks for the help smile
