How do you get diagnose with vulvodynia or atrophic vaginitis?

i have been suffering for constant burning, lower abdominal pain pressure like for years and for past few months lower back pain. i have posted before my apologies if I am repeating myself I am getting depressed of having to cope 24/7. Just interested if somebody can relate to my problem. Do you get abdominal pain with vulvodynia or atrophic vaginitis? I am learning to cope with the burning but the abdominal pain drives me crazy on top of the back pain. I have seen gynae,urologist nothing sinister but symptoms persist and nobody seems interested. Am off to see gp again to ask whether my symptoms are due to vulvodynia, atrophic vaginitis or pelvic pain. I have been using replens before with no effect.DIP tests at surgery usually contain protein leucocytes and sometimes blood but path lab results are neg. Although it feels like urine infection it does not sting when I urinate and I can hold my urine. Urologist reported nothing sinister. It does seem I have to put up with it.
