how do you know it's working... I'm going on 4 weeks and just feel like crap.. I'm anxious.. crying spells.. unsettled and no appetite. I'm really losing hope..

There is another post on here titled what does it feel like when this medicine works, please do read it, it is very comforting to read some of the posts.
For me, the physical symptoms got better, I could breathe better, and I began to enjoy some things that I did before and start to feel joy in the littlest of things which had stopped for me, and it was scary. I still have days I am down but not like before. As Katecogs says (please read all her posts, she's the BEST), "the world feels like a happy place again". i found so much comfort in those words.
