How do you prepare for Clobetasol application?

I am applying twice per day.  At night I shower or soak in tub, then apply.  My question is how to apply in the morning.  Do I just reapply over the previous night application or do I spray, pat dry, and reapply then.

    I'm on a maintenance routine and bath twice a week before applying clob. Showers on other days. Epaderm instead of soap works well and also as a moisturiser. I usually use coconut oil but am swapping for a bit as I read that you can build up a sensitivity to it. Aloe vera good too. I chop and change between those three and seem to be ok. Everyone is different though, and you need to find what works for you.
