I am just interested how do you experience flare ups and how often. How do they feel and look?

Mine is quite strange, I have been told I have blepharitis by a optician. My eyelids are fine, very very rarely I have itchiness or any other side effect. However one thing I do have is slight redness in the whites of my eye. Like curly blood vessels. I really don't know what is causing this and it is driving me mad. What i would consider as a flare up for me though is every now and again when I look in the mirror I sometimes have extra red vessels on the white's of my eye almost like red spots which then calm down about 30 minutes later. Again no side effects. The only difference I have is waking up in the morning and my eye mucus is more wet as oppose to crumbly back when my eyes were fine with no redness. I hope somebody could help me as my gp wont refer me to a eye specialist. Also good luck to you
