How does a brand new member log in and ask a question?

I received a question in the form of a private message from a young person very concerned about her mother's hypothyroid condition.  I have helped her as far as I can but suggested she put her question on the public forum so that she could get further information from people more knowledgeable than I. How can I lift our total communication from my private inbox and put them into the public forum? She communicated with me by mistake, she thought she was on the public forum - and I didn't know that.

Administration, her name is Cyn De  ? and is in the Philippines, can you please help out? And you have permission to lift this communication from my private inbox.
