how does the capsule endoscopy works?

I am a research scholar currently pursuing the Ph.D in Antenna design for the capsule endoscopy. I have been gathering informations on capsule endoscopy. I have recently came across your website which provides diagnostic on the GI tract and you have employed the capsule endoscopy to identify the affected areas around the tissues. But I can only get the working of the capsule antenna, components present in the endoscopy and informations like image transmissions. But I cant able to get any technical information about the material that was used as capsule, what are the current challenges faced in the design of the capsule endoscopy, what are the types of antennas, chipset, circuit that are used for transmission of images wirelessly and it does not effect the Specific absorption rate of the patient (Heat effect due to the radiation). I also wanted to know what are the challenges or shortcomings faced by the users or doctors by the use of this endoscopy

I kindly request you to provide the contact of any industry or vendor which sells these capsule endoscopy devices. Even a small information would be very helpful for my research. So I kindly request you to provide any information on it
