Its a weird virus. Some people get ulcers where they're infected some don't. Mostlikely both of you will be infected - orally and genitally - but you were unlucky and got genital symptoms and he didn't. He may get ulcers in the future - its difficult to predict.

both of us are asymptomatic, until the time I got rushed to the hospital with high amd low fever and that's when I found out and I was diagnosed Igg 2

Herpes can be transmitted without visible symptoms present by what's called asymptomatic shedding.

So in other words I have both and he does too?

But does that mean he gave them to me?

Since I started getting symptoms after i became sexually active with him

He probably has asymptomatic oral herpes, or symptomatic oral herpes but no recent visible outbreak, and passed it to your genitals via asymptomatic shedding during oral sex. He should be immune to getting it genitally if he already carries it orally. If you never had it orally, you are susceptible and 20% of those who acquire it are unlucky enough to get it with symptoms. If you only have gHSV1, however, it's not much of an issue after the first outbreak. Did you ever confirm type?

Yeah I talked to the families regular OB GYN he said I came out positive for the 1 in my genital area but negative for the 2 but they still put me as positive

      I got a question too

If I bleed during sex does that mean I got contagious around that time or could I get someone else contagious

Bleeding makes no difference. When the virus is active and shedding, it can technically be carried by any secretions passing over it, whether blood or otherwise. Herpes is not blood-borne itself, however.

But I mean that if there was a bigger risk of ether of us getting contagious because of the bleeding

But yeahim justeorried since I have to talk to him tomorrow
