How does vestibular exercise make you feel?

When you do the exercises, do you feel "off" for the remainder of the day or just for an hour or two after?
It seems that when I am active, it makes me feel sick and after that the dizzy/whooshing feeling subsides but not enough that it still impacts the rest of my day. This is what makes exercising so difficult as it ruins my days. I know it's supposed to get worse before it gets better, right?
Anyone else seem to have this issue?

Yes when I first started I would be dizzy for hours. So what I did was slow down the pace and length of time I did it. Let's say the stabilization I was doing 2 mins on each part the uo and down, and side to side so I started at 45 seconds each part then after a few days and it settled down meaning that after I was done I was only dizzy for a bit, then I would add 15 seconds every few days and I finally got to 2 mins and doing 180 times in each part. But it will take a few days to settle each time

That's a good idea Patty. I start physical therapy next week so I'm hoping to learn some exercises.

Are you seeing a therapist? Tell them. One I had years ago adjusted mine so it wasn't so bad. She made sure I was doing them right as well. To much to soon will make you sick. Not doing them right will make you worse. She was great. Wish she was a friend or family member. Lol. Rather see her than a new person.
