How Exhausted Are You? Anxiety/Depression and TIRED

Posted , 7 users are following.

How tired/weak/exhausted does your anxiety and/or depression make you? On a scale from 1-10 how unotivated are you? How tired, sad, weak?

Thanks. I am wondering how many anxiety and/or depression sufferers are wiped out!

It is hard for me to know how much of my utter exhaustion is due to my recent heart problems or the depression it has given me due to now living in total isolation now I am no longer going to work.

I feel exhausted all the time. Moving is an effort, like trying to walk through deep water and I can't get lids off of jars or bottles as my hands are so weak.

I'm not sure if this is due to the depression, the medication or the lack of sleep - probably a bit of all of them.

I'm exhausted by anxiety, I'm totally fed up with it and totally unmotivated, everything is an effort, I tend to get all my chores out of the way in the morning then do nothing all afternoon, I've started taking a walk but again just want to get it out of the way.

    Feel totally wiped out.

Yeah, I'm wiped out. Dealing with all this anguish and pain year after year after year, and trying to rise above it day after day after day - and getting nowhere - has burned me out. I'm just making my way to my final rest now really. No rush.
