How far gone an i, can’t work it out

cant remeber the date of my last period but pretty sure i had one in later september early october.

took a clear blue on the 5th october - negative ehat are the chances this was a faulse negative.

about the 3-6th November i had mild cramping i presume this was implentation cramps?

sickness started on the 7th november ysterday sickness got really bad 13th- my boobs were sore from the start of november ; without knowing my last period can anyone work out how far gone i am
