How heat affects ms sufferers

I read that heat is horrible for ms, on what way?

I've always hated the heat as I feel dizzy and my whole body feels swollen and sore and I seem tired a lot too. Hot baths make me feel 'funny'

    I don't do we in heat or very cold but recently I had a horrible hear thing, my legs got very hot so hot it felt line chemical burn, I was in bed and hadn't been sleeping well because we were stranded fjr a week after a weekend abroad, it may have been triggered by the stress, ive had hot patches before and cold ones but this was excruciatingly painful. I have a cold pillow that goes in the freezer dad bought me, you can get all sorts like that if you look.
