How I cured my BV after a year of recurrence.

I am 22 years old and experience chronic BV and yeast infection for about a year. I got tested for STIs and came back negative. With no insurance I got tired of going to the ER in order to get treatment for both infections so I turned to the internet to find home rememdies. As a woman I tend to try home rememdies because using antibiotics always worsens my issue. I decided to try apple cider vinegar which has been the only rememdy to work for me. First and foremost sex must cease in order to get the infection under control and to avoid pushing bacteria further up the vagina. Although it is not good to douche, I thought to myself the infection is already in there one last douche won't hurt, so I mixed water and ACV and did a douche to begin. After that I put coconut oil at the opening of my vagina and around the outer parts to soothe after the douche. Coconut oil has antifungal properties. After this I drank a full glass of water mixed with two cap fulls of apple cider vinegar and drank this mixture for about 5 days straight. On the third day of drinking this mixture I also say in a bath mixed with ACV for about 15 minutes. Along with drinking the mixture I also took acidophilus capsules (2 per day). I purchased these pills from Walmart it is a probiotic which promotes healthy bacteria in both your vagina and digestive tract. The pills that I purchased are 2 billion active cultures per capsule. I have resumed sex with my usually partner in which I don't usually use protection and I have not noticed any symptoms return. I do not recommend that you have unprotected sex because using protection helps keep bacteria from your partner out. I hope this is helpful to someone else. Any other questions I'm happy to answer.

It’s working for me too. After a few more days I’ll try the bath to make sure I’m in the clear.
