How I got rid of the rash fast !!!

I am a 20-year-old female mixed black and white light complexion.

When I first noticed the herald patch I thought it was a bruise. I didn't pay it much attention until a lot of little rashy patches started to appear. Naturally, I started freaking out! I went online and swore it was ringworm until I found out it was pityriasis rosea. Wheww what a relief, but I still was upset. It started on my side progressed to my inner thigh area, stomach and arms

RAW COOKING COCONUT OIL!!!! I can not stress this enough. It is 5$ at your local grocery store. Rub it all over your body from neck to ankles every day twice!! Yes, you will look like a grease ball but it stops the rash from getting worse. After I started doing this only a couple of new spots appeared. I used it right after my showers and before bed. I only used dove white soap bar during my showers. The rash started clearing up within the week and the dark marks started fading. I also used raw shea butter for the dark marks the rash left. Total my rash lasted 1 month from start to completely gone.

Compared to the pictures I've sean I had a very mild case. Fast treatment with the coconut oil is key.

Hope this tip helps good luck everyone cheesygrin

unfortunately the coconut oil didnt work...just made the patches red . I tried the head & shoulders shampoo a body wash, the avene moisturerisers etc..nothing worked except corticosteroid cream .

Have you tried UV light? I'm a week into the treatment and the rash that covered my whole body has nearly all gone!
