How I Treated My Pityriasis Rosea In 2 Weeks

I usually do not post on forums but if I can give an advice to help people with this awful rash then I am here for it. To start off I am a 19 year old African American female. Like everyone else I discovered my herald patch on my chest but it was small and not itchy. I believe the key to getting rid of mine so fast was that I was diagnosed early. About two days after I saw the herald patch the rash was all over my chest, back, legs, and arms. I was horrified. To sum it up I washed with head and shoulders clinical strength shampoo for a week, increased my vitamin C intake, did a 10 day green smoothie cleanse, took L-Lysine, and applied both coconut oil and aloe vera to my skin. I also believe my case was on the milder side as it was not very itchy or inflamed for long. I also tried sunbathing in natural sunlight but the spots started to get darker so i stopped. Now two weeks later my skin is returning back to its normal complexion and the rash is starting to fade. I really hope this helps anyone who is suffering from this. Trust me I know it sucks right now but it does get better and your skin will be back in no time.

p.s. I also took Biotin and probiotics (I still continue to take them)

I can agree the quicker you catch it the better because as the itching will become worse which will make it worse.
