HOW IS IT POSSIBLE?!?!?

Hi Ladies, a good old fashioned rant today... thank you in advance for listening!
How is it possible to be too hot and too cold at the same time?!? I don't know, but I'm doing it right now.
How is it possible to have both too much and too little stomach acid at the same time?!? I don't know, but I've managed it somehow!
How is it possible to be living and eating the cleanest I've ever done, and feel even worse than when I was eating junk, not exercising, and working too much? The digestive issues are toooo much!
I don't know, but I've managed it somehow!
How is it possible to be too exhausted to function, yet not be able to sleep more than 2 hours at night?!
It's crazy-making!
Anyone relate?
Trying to find a few minutes' comfort...

I feel all of that!! Gastric issues are the worst! Diagnosed with Gerd on meds from that. Can no longer have Chocolate or coffee. Cut alot of sugar and Salt out. Sinuses are horrible. I just had to see ent for dizziness and a full feeling in ear. They removed a large piece of wax but here i am stll feeling off balance and still feel like im plugged up on the right side of my head. Can sinuses really cause dizziness? Also health anxiety through the roof. I sympathize with all you ladies this is a hell of a roller coaster..Taking everything day by day. Boy do I miss my 20s lol.

Yes sinuses can cause dizziness. I was treated for sinusitis last year, it kept coming back month after month. Saw ENT and had a head MRI scan and CT scan of sinuses Both were and all clear, which was a relief. So the problem for me isn't linked with the sinuses even though I do get pain and pressure in this area. The suggestion now is vestibular migraine, whatever it is I definitely think that it's triggered by fluctuating hormones. The first 'episode' was the week before a period and has developed from there along with other symptoms which can be explained by hormone imbalance. Have to go for balance testing soon. Health anxiety is awful and sends me round the bend at times. Keep plodding on ladies, we will get there!

Hi Renee,
Ugh, can relate to everything you said~~ just had a neurologist appt today for the headaches and vertigo. Instructed to cut the caffeine also, 2 new meds to try, and I'll let you ladies know how it goes.
I am not loving the meno brain, for real.

hi sara, Hope it would comfort you to know that you are not alone. I have been having all the symptoms and more that you have mentioned. It would be a lot if I am too list everything here. For digestive issues I would highly recommend homeopathy remedies such as nux vom 30 , carbo veg 30 etc you can read up those remedies and see which one matches your symptoms and use that. I hope and pray that we all get better soon and heal completely, hugs and prayers

Thank you, Priya! We have a store locally that stocks homeopathic remedies, but I hadn't had good sources on information in my group of friends and family. I will read up on these!
Wishing you good days~

wow am i grateful for coming across your rant! i am going on day 3 of no sleep and feeling at my wits end. i am 44 but started having peri symptoms at 39 when i had heart palipitations and my hair was thinning and falling out. i feel like i havent slept well in years but the latest insomnia episodes are unraveling me. i just feel like i am too young to be going through all this. and its been five years and only gotten worse. i actually laughed when i read your post because like you said how is it possible to be shivering and sweating all throughout the night? i have the same thing along with a very long list of issues. here is my list of symptoms if it might be helpful to anyone:
fatigue
insomnia
anxiety
hair thinning
itchy scalp (like crazy itching)
low sex drive
mood swings
night sweats and chills
nausea
weight loss
urinary leakage
urinary pressure and urgency
have you ever seen such a long list of weirdness!?
thank you for sharing and venting. i was not prepared for how bad the insomnia would be...
thanks
Nina

Hi Nina,
I do believe many other symptoms would be better tolerated if we could just have some decent sleep on a regular basis!
How are you these days?
