How long did it take you to get to a point of recovery from anxiety disorders by taking antidepressants? On the internet, they said from 6 to 8 weeks for fully effects. But, I don't think so.

when i finally got the right med that actually worked for me i started showing improvement in 4 months.

It started showing improvement in 4 months. Do you know how long did it take from that point to when you felt yourself again?

i started feeling like myself in 6 months.
over a period of years i tried many different antidepressants/ anxiety meds for my servere health anxiety without any change but in the end 1 medication helped me with my symptoms and i was able to fight the mental aspect and changed the way i think.
i was really bad with my anxiety to the point where i was sectioned twice.

Thank you, Darren. I have severe anxiety disorders, too. I am on 11 weeks of a maximum dose for me. I am feeling better, but not like myself.I still need to take xanax every day. Maybe, I am a half way there. Sometimes, I lost my hope to be back "normal".
