How long can you go without washing your penis

For those who are uncircumcised - How long can you go without washing your penis without getting irritations down there? im 23 now and until last year i was able to go (it felt like) unlimitedly without washing my dick and it was never irritated. but since last year if i don't wash it each day it will start getting irritated (red skin..) on the second or third day. Is it the same for you?

I wish i could somehow go back to normal. the doctors say it's due to an P.H imbalance but they don't have any clue on how to re-balance it. im losing hope as it persists for almost a year now.
