    Hi Chelsea,

Week 5 is always a wobbly week for me, my anxiety peaked when I was on 50mg and 100mg. It did even out a bit but I got a rotten headache and dizziness for about 2 weeks. My loss of appetite didn't change though. A little TMI but one thing that might be worth mentioning is that my periods really affect me once I started sertraline. Ovulation in particular brings back all the side effects, anxiety and sometimes mania and I feel like I'm back at square one. My GP has asked me to keep a log, but I'd say it's worth keeping an eye on. Two of my friends also went through the same. Keep with it, week 8/9 I saw a real improvement and could start to recognise patterns in the side effects and what triggered them (not enough food, drink or sleep and my cycle).

hope you feel better really soon x
