How long did your pain last?

I was taken into hospital a little over three weeks ago with what they thought was ovarian cysts or appendicitis, but when they tested my blood, found my lipase levels were 450 and diagnosed me with pancreatitis. Since then, I've been admitted into hospital 2 more times due to not being able to manage the pain, however my lipase levels are completely normal now. They eventually gave me Tramadol to take home and I'm currently taking 2 Tramadol, 2 Paracetamol, 2 Ibuprofen, 1 anti-sickness and 1 anti-histamine to try to manage the pain and constant nausea and itching, or taking 2 Cocodamol to substitute the Tramadol and Paracetamol on a good day.
In the last three weeks, I have been completely unable to work due to the pain, and every time I attempt to do a day of work, I end up in three times as much pain. I'm a Care Assistant so my job is extremely physical. The sickness and nausea is constant and usually just bile, even if I've eaten, and getting hard to cope with, and my bowels are either painful constipation (grey coloured) or green and yellow diarrhea, which also makes it difficult to even leave the house through fear of incontinence.
I'm only 19 and I'm worried this is never going to end. I don't drink alcohol and I don't have gallstones, I've had ultrasounds and a chest and stomach x-ray but they can't find the cause of my issues. Has anyone else had any of these issues? I'd love to find someone else that's been through this that could help or tell me how you deal with the pain etc. Sorry if any of this is TMI!

I can't answer how long your pain will last. And I'm sorry your going through all this especially at a young age.
Have they tested you for any anti bodies? I know some pancreatitis issues are cause by an auto immune response.
Have you had any scans?
