I had rezum last May 2021 and I still have retrograde ejaculation. How long does it take to heal from this side effect? I think I damaged my urologists' ego when I told him I couldn't ejaculate.
He said " I did a hundred of these procedures and never had one retrograde problem,"
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

I gotta think if it hasn't healed by now its not going to. Not sure if there is a way to fix it.

Did you, by chance, have a median lobe that was treated by your Rezum procedure?
