hello normally it takes around 2 weeks for tje side effects to wear off and a further coyple of weeks to start feelimg better but it can take up to 6-8 weeks for full effect some see it sooner hopefully that would be the case for you. u will feel worse before you feel better. ive been on 40mg for 5 weeks tomirrow and still have ups amd downs and take benzos if anxiety gets to much. have your doctor giving you and lorazapan or diazapan to help with the anxiety while your brain settles?
