How long for hormones to become normal

6 months ago i had a really stressful event, i lasted some time. from that moment my period became strange.

it comes around 25-27 days, but there is a change in duration and quantity. Now it lasts fewer days(it was 5-6) and it is lighter than before.

also one time ( in February) i had pink spotting for a few days before period. this has not happened before. then my period came.

now i am expecting my period. and again i am having pink discharge.

why this is happening.?
