How long for period to go back to normal after stopping mini pill

stopped taking my mini pill to to it crashing my anxiety to go through the roof 

It took about 2/3 weeks for me to get a period , it was a pretty normal period but I did have pretty bas PMS before , it is now 2 weeks since my period stopped and I am getting PMS again , my question is how long does it take for period cycle to go back to normal? Is what I am experiencing normal ? Had a baby 8 months ago so to be honest I'm still getting use to what a normal period is
