How long until citalopram leaves your system?

Hi, I took 2 doses of citalopram 20mg last weds & Thursday & had awful reaction/side affects, I've been told that it can take a week or more to leave my system, I feel better than last week but still getting a few weird tingles & panic etc. I didnt realise 2 doses could have such a big affect...does anyone else have any experience of the side affects after stopping the meds? thank you 😊
