How long until TSH levels get stable after a change?

Hello! im new here and just want to know how long does it take for the TSH levels to get stabilized after a dosage change? I started to lower my dose in middle of october this year and is still going in the wrong direction now in middle Dec towards hyper. I did a dosage change from 125 to 100 mcg and I dont understand why Im almost at the hyperthrodism even if I lowered this dose. The doctor says TSH flucturate in all people but Im close to hyperthyrodism now.
