correction after a quick google search

Zoloft reduces its strength by half for every 26 hours. So if you take one 50 milligrams of Zoloft and stop adding any more of this med, it will take 7 days to go completely off from your system.

Not sure but I would recommend speaking with your doctor about stopping taking your meds, I've just started on sertraline and I too am struggling with side effects,I'm shaking constantly + headaches and unable to sleep but the worst is been unable to orgasm with my GF.

Hello. Sorry to hear you are having a bad time. I started Sertaline 6 weeks ago and felt dreadful. I was determined to stick out the side effects and so glad I did as this has changed my life. I was so scared of taking ads that I set myself into a panic as soon as I had taken it. I am a complete chicken when it comes to any meds.

But I'm glad I stuck with them as 6 weeks down the line I'm calm, can sleep and my mood has really lifted.

You should speak to your doctor and get their advice

    Good luck

      Hi Jay,

Can I ask at what doze are you? and if it has been the same doze the whole 6 weeks?

It takes a few days to work. The first day I took it all I did was sleep but I'm the weeks out and functioning normally now. I too wanted to just stop the first day, but it does get better love, try and hang in there.
