I have underative thyroid and Fibromyalgi, but i'd like to loose around 2 stone, this is more personal choice but i also dont wan to gain anymore weight, as im quite insecure, i'll be able to do around 2 hours of exercise a week, due to pain, coursework and homework, i know this isnt enough really, but its the best i can do in the situation, does anyone know how long it will take, im also seeing a diettion so will be following a strict diet aswell. Any ideas?

If you set yourself small targets and have a healthy food plan and try not to stress about it too much, hopefully the weight will come off. Usually people say if you lose weight slowly it will stay off. If you lose weight quickly you can put it all back on just as quickly. Don't think yourself on being on a diet but healthy living. That way your thought process is not thinking of dieting just healthy eating, accompained with small exercise regime that is right for your needs.
Every success in weight loss is a bonus to all, slowly but surely. x

Try not to think of it as a diet because as soon as you do it makes it harder. Rather that you are changing your eating habits to eat healthy foods. I have cut out refined sugars and gluten and cannot believe the difference it has made to me. In 4 weeks I have lost 5 inches around the waist and feel so much better. I have not weighed myself as I believe it is inches that count not how many pounds. I do not feel I am on a diet as I still eat well but everything is cooked from scratch and excesses frozen so on bad days I can just reach for the freezer. I constantly ask myself before I eat anything why I need it and am I actually hungry. Much of it was boredom and comfort eating which I have identified and put a stop to. Equally stop eating when you are full. I found this difficult as I was always brought up to eat everything on the plate! It took about 3 weeks for the sugar to be completely out of my system but it was well worth the effort. Good luck

Everybody's metabolism is different, & depending on your age is another. Listen to your dietian, but if you can get in some walks that will help. I always try to walk or use the stairs on my good days for additional exercise.
Good luck & keep us posted in your progress,
