How long will vitamins stay in your blood?

I just recently had blood work done that showed I might have hypercalcemia. My doctor wants to run another test and also one for my parathyroid. I just recently (the day after my blood work was done) started taking vitamins to help with memory and concentration. I’m currently taking vitamins C, E, B6, B9, magnesium and omega 3. I want to have my blood work done without the artificial vitamins inside my blood, so I can get a true result. I know B vitamins are water soluble and should leave the body in a day. I’m also getting an ECG and a MRI done because of my headaches and I’m wondering if the vitamins will affect those results?
