Hello,

This topic is about my grandpa in the Netherlands. He was to the hospital for breathing problems and now he placed to elderly care to revalidate/getting stronger. The breathing problems are cause by water behind the lungs, and he smoked sigars every day-3 day for the last 18 months or so.

He is 92 years old and has the follow symptoms:

-diabetes 1 and 2 so he get insuline every day

-weak kidneys

-aortic valve is small

-pain knees.

-pain bottom feet because dying skincells cause the diabates

  • liquid behind the lungs

He has dificulty with walking because he isnt very strong in the feet anymore.

He 5'9 - 5'10 and weights 85 kg (188 pounds) so he is to heavy, to much fat.

My questions are:

To make him stronger with walking is it possible to start testerone replacement therapy with injections or gels? Or are the risks to high for his heart/blood?

To make him stronger as alternative for testerone maybye anavar? Or any other strong ''steroids''?Or are the risks to high for his heart/blood

Is liposuction possible at this age to reduce weight? And is this possible painfree without narcose? Because he is probaly to old for narcose.

How much weight can be reduced with lipo?

85kg is way to heavy for his height, he can easy be below 70kg.(155 pounds)

Thank you for your help.
